£85 million high quality busway scheme in Luton moves step further

Transport Minister Rosie Winterton today announced Conditional Approval for a guided busway between Luton and Dunstable town centres, meaning that Luton Borough Council can now tender for bids for this important scheme.

The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) have confirmed that subject to final contract negotiations, the venue for the Mountain Biking events will be at Hadleigh Farm, Essex.
