Innovative Actions
Innovative Actions is a programme managed by the East of England Development Agency.
This is an experimental European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) programme in implementing an innovative and sustainable approach to regional development through pilot actions that will share the assets and expertise available in the region's more successful parts with it's less successful parts.
An integral part of the programme will be a process of evaluation and learning that will be integrated into the mid term review of Structural Funds in the region as well as the refreshing of the Regional Economic Strategy. The value of the programme to the region is 4.6 million euros with the ERDF contribution set at 2.3 million euros the remainder coming mainly from other public sources.
